How-To Enhance Your Painted Bubble Letters

I always felt like my painted lettering was missing something until a friend showed me this quick, easy tip. It is amazing how some simple shadowing and highlighting can make painted letters and shapes stand out so much more.

All you need is the color you intend to paint your letters in along with black and white.

Start by painting your bubble letters in the solid color you desire.

 Then, mix a small amount of black into the original color to make a darker version of your original color.

Use the darker color to shadow a few areas along bottom and sides of letter.

Lastly, add thin lines of highlighting to the corners and rounded areas of letters.

It's as easy as 1,2,3...Shadowing and highlighting takes letters from flat to dynamic quickly and can also be used on shapes.

Office Makeover Under 125$

I was estatic to have my first office, but when my boss mentioned that I could hang artwork to liven it up, I immediately saw dollar signs. However, with a little searching and bargain shopping,  I successfully found some fun, inexpensive office decor. I always seem to get bored of the typical friend group picture for my fb cover photo or desktop background. I also never have enough time (do we ever?) to search or edit the formatting of pictures I do find. Lucky for you I decided to go ahead and do the searching/ editing for you! Below are a few fun different images that I thought could spice up your desktop or Facebook. To use images as desktop background, simply click on image then right click and choose set as desktop background. To use as Facebook cover photo, I would save the image and then upload to fb.
